Ordering Instructions

The fastest and easiest way to order from Above Rubies Studio is in the online store.

Products are sorted by category and special offers are usually promoted on the store's home page. When you locate an item you would like to purchase, simply click the "Add to Cart" button. If you would like more than one, you can enter the quantity first, and then click the "Add to Cart" button.

You will then be directed to your shopping cart where you can view, add or remove the items. The items you've add to your shopping cart will remain there even if you leave the shopping cart page, so you can continue shopping and come back to your shopping cart and checkout when you're ready! When you're finished shopping, click the "Checkout" button.

Next, you be directed to the one-page page where you can choose to order as a guest, log in as an existing member or create a new member account. Creating an account is a great way to save time on future orders! You can also login to your account to see past orders and get shipment tracking numbers.

Checking out with PayPal Express? If you would like to pay with PayPal, you may also click the PayPal button... you will be re-directed to PayPal's secure payment page. Simply enter your PayPal deatils and authorize a payment. You will be brought back to the Above Rubies Online store to complete the checkout process.

After entering your information you will be directed to the Order Summary page where you can confirm your entire order and then place it. This is the last step in the order process and you will receive an Order Number on the final page. If you entered an email address, a confirmation of your order will be sent immediately with summary of your purchase.

Once your order ships you will be notified by email. This email will include a summary of your order as well as tracking information. Please read the section on how to track your shipments for more information about tracking shipments.
