How do I track my package?
Once your order ships you will be notified by email with a summary of your order as well as tracking information. If you signed up for an account in the ARS Online Store, you can also login to your account to get the status of your order and the tracking information.
The system you use to track your package may vary depending on the combined weight and size of the items in your order.
- Packages weiging less than 1lb are sent via Mail Innovations (UPS/USPS) and can only be tracked via their special website (your tracking number will look similar to a USPS tracking number).
- Packages over 1lb will be sent via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. These packages can be tracked using the regular UPS and USPS tracking websites, or by pasting your tracking number into Google.

How will I know when my package will ship and arrive?
Once you've completed your order in the ARS Online Store, your order will be packaged within 1 - 2 business days. An e-mail will be sent to you automatically to let you know your package has shipped and how you can track the location of your package and it's estimated arrival (using the same info at the top of this page).
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
It usually takes 3 to 5 business days for domestic delivery, depending on your location. International deliveries can take 2 to 4 weeks, depending on customs delays within your country.
Remember that mail carriers do not deliver on Sundays or major holidays. UPS does not deliver on Saturdays.
Do you offer expidited shipping?
Currently, we do not offer expidited shipping options, however, we may in the future.
Do you ship all over the world?
Yes, we ship all over the world.
Can you mark internationals as a gift to avoid duties? Do I need to pay custom fees?
No. The value of an item is the amount paid. Customers are responsible for any tariffs or duties.
Will I have a Brokerage Fee (Canadian Customers Only)?
Yes. Canadian Customers will have their packages shipped via UPS, which does have a Brokerage Fee upon delivery. We have negotiated a reduction in brokerage fees, but want you to know what fees will be applied to your package.
