If you're unhappy with your purchase, we'll be happy to quickly replace, refund or exchange your purchase in most cases. Below is our return policy:

• We will quickly replace, refund, or exchange any defective product. Refunds & exchanges cannot be given before merchandise is returned and examined. After your merchandise is returned and examined, you will receive a full refund for issued back to your credit card or PayPal account.
• We will quickly replace, refund, or exchange any unused products (except DVDs; see below) that do not meet your expectations.
• We will quickly replace, refund, or exchange any opened and viewed DVDs that you are not satisfied with.
• All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.
• We will give a 100% credit for the cost of your returned products (not including shipping costs). If the error is ours, your shipping costs will also be refunded.

Returns

If you would like to return your products, please print and include the order confirmation email you recieved after placing your order. If you created an account during checkout, you may login to your account and print the order detail page from your account.

We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during the return shipment.

If you are returning a DVD, you must also include this statement (can be written on the reverse of your printed order confirmation email):

I, _____________________________, did not copy, distrubite or otherwise break U.S. law governing the copyright of digital media concerning the product _______________________________ (name of DVDs).
